Guildlings Plus has not been for sale since October 18, 2026. Guildlings is now an extension of natdal, and every feature is free. For new users, the natdal Terms and natdal Privacy Policy apply. This document keeps applying to Plus purchases already made and their records.

Fourteen days, no questions asked.

If Guildlings Plus is not what you expected, ask within fourteen days of a payment and you get that payment back — the first year, a renewal, or the lifetime purchase. You do not have to explain, and you will not be talked out of it.

How

In the app, open Settings → Plan → Request refund. A reason is optional. An account’s first refund is sent to Paddle at once and goes through when Paddle approves it.

After that, or if you cannot use the app, write to [email protected] — within the fourteen days you get the same refund. [email protected], Natdal’s business address at the foot of this page, reaches the same inbox, so mail sent there counts the same. You can also reply to your Paddle receipt, use the link in it, or find your order at paddle.net.

Paddle, our merchant of record, handles the payment and the refund. Refunds go back to the way you paid and take a few business days to appear.

Free trial

A free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund — cancel before it ends and you are never charged. If it rolls into a paid year, that payment is a payment like any other: the fourteen days start on the day it is charged.

Cancelling the yearly plan

You can cancel any time in the app under Settings → Plan → Manage subscription, which opens your billing page at Paddle, or from your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays on until the end of the year you already paid for. After fourteen days there are no partial refunds. But if Plus was not provided as shown or advertised, you get a refund as the law provides — ask within three months of receiving it, and within 30 days of when you learned or could have learned of the difference (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 17(3)).

Switching to lifetime

Buying the lifetime plan while a yearly plan is running ends the yearly plan at its next renewal: you are not charged for another year, and the year you already paid for runs out as usual. The fourteen days above apply to the lifetime purchase like any other payment; refunding it does not bring the yearly plan’s renewal back.

After a refund

Plus turns off on your computers and the yearly plan is cancelled, so it will not renew: your other computers stop showing up on this one and paid characters go back to the free ones. Nothing is deleted — your settings and your usage ledger are your files and stay where they are, so buying again picks up exactly where you left off.

This is our own policy and sits on top of whatever your country’s consumer law already gives you; it never takes anything away from it.
