What these terms cover
These terms cover the natdal app from Natdal (the tray, the natdal command, natdald), the extensions inside
it — tools, clipmesh, inkshot, dialmix and guildlings — and the natdal account service and relay. By installing
natdal or signing in to a natdal account you agree to them.
Free
natdal and every extension are free. natdal sells nothing today and takes no payments. If we ever sell something (characters or cosmetic items, for example), we will update these terms and the privacy policy first and ask for your agreement when you buy.
If you bought Guildlings Plus earlier, the Guildlings Terms and Refund Policy keep applying to that purchase.
Account and devices
You sign in to a natdal account with Google or GitHub, and you are responsible for what is done with it. Sign in only on computers you control, and remove a lost or given-away device from your account; it is cut off at once. Under-14s cannot create a natdal account. Features that work without an account can be used without one.
AI agents
natdal’s features can be used by AI agents you allow, through MCP tools. You allow read and write separately for each extension, and write is off by default. What an agent you allowed does through natdal on your computer counts as done by you. What an agent receives from a tool is governed by the terms and policies of the company that makes the agent, and natdal is not responsible for an agent’s choices or actions. If a defect in natdal let an agent do something you did not allow, that is ours, and we fix it as soon as we learn of it.
Acceptable use
Do not use natdal to break the law, reach devices or accounts that are not yours, secretly watch someone else’s screen or clipboard, or overload or attack the natdal account service or relay. We may suspend accounts that do. Before suspending, we tell you why by email and give you at least 7 days to respond — unless an attack or abuse is harming other people or the service right now, in which case we stop it first, tell you why at once, and hear you after. If we find you did nothing wrong, we lift it at once.
Your data
What you copy, capture and send, and your coding agents’ records, are yours. They travel between your devices end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read them and claim no rights to them. What we keep is in the privacy policy.
Changes and shutting down
Features may change. We announce the removal of an extension on this site and in the app at least 30 days ahead. If we ever shut down the natdal account service or relay, we announce it at least 90 days ahead; features that work without an account keep working on your computer.
Changing these terms. We post the changed terms, their effective date and the reason on this site 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before and by email to your account when the change is to your disadvantage. If you do not agree, you can uninstall natdal and ask us to delete your account before the effective date.
Warranty
natdal is provided free and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Natdal is not liable for data loss or indirect damages from using it. This limit does not apply to damage caused by Natdal’s intent or gross negligence. Consumer rights that cannot be waived are not limited by these terms.
