Terms of Service

Guildlings Plus has not been for sale since October 18, 2026. Guildlings is now an extension of natdal, and every feature is free. For new users, the natdal Terms and natdal Privacy Policy apply. This document keeps applying to Plus purchases already made and their records.

What this covers

These terms cover the Guildlings desktop app, the Guildlings relay node and the Natdal account service they sign in to, all provided by Natdal. By installing Guildlings or buying Guildlings Plus you agree to them.

Free and Plus

Guildlings is free to use on your own computer, with no account. Guildlings Plus adds all your devices — the sessions and usage of every computer and server you sign in, on each screen — and the full set of characters, and is sold two ways:

• Yearly — US$9.99 a year. It renews each year until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and Plus stays on until the end of the year you paid for.
• Lifetime — US$24.99 once. It does not renew and does not expire.

Free trial. The first yearly purchase on a Natdal account may start with a free trial; its length is shown at checkout (currently 7 days). A card is taken when the trial starts and nothing is charged until it ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first year is charged on that day and the plan renews yearly from then on. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. One trial per account; the lifetime purchase has none.

Before the trial starts, the buy screen in the app and on your account page shows the date and time it turns paid, the yearly price, and that the payment method you enter at checkout is charged, and asks for your agreement. Three days before the trial turns paid we email the account again with that date, the amount to be charged, the payment method, how to cancel and what cancelling does.

Prices exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply.

Payments — Paddle is the merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Your account and devices

Plus is tied to a Natdal account, signed in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for what is done with it. Only sign in on computers you control, and remove a device you lose or give away from your account — it is cut off at once. For personal use Plus has, in practice, no device limit. To keep one account from being shared, we may limit an account to 20 active devices at a time.

Nobody under 14 may create a Natdal account. If a minor buys Plus without a legal guardian’s consent, the minor or the guardian may cancel that contract, and the payment is returned.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy. It adds to whatever your country’s consumer law gives you and never takes anything away from it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Guildlings to break the law, to reach machines or accounts that are not yours, or to overload or attack the Natdal account service or the relays. We may suspend an account that does.

Before suspending, we email the account the reason and give at least 7 days to respond. If an attack or abuse is harming other users or the service right now, we stop it first, tell you the reason at once, and hear you afterwards. If what you tell us shows you did nothing wrong, the suspension is lifted at once. If we suspended an account that did nothing wrong, we refund the paid time it could not use.

Your data

What your coding agents do stays on your machines. The relay carries it between your own devices encrypted end to end; we cannot read it and claim no rights in it. What we do keep is in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and ending

Features may change. But before we reduce or remove a paid Plus feature we give at least 30 days’ notice on this site and by email; if you do not want the change you may cancel, and we refund the remaining period, prorated by day. If we change the price, what you already bought stays as you bought it. If we ever stop selling Guildlings, the app keeps working on your computer, and a lifetime Plus stays unlocked on the computers already signed in. We will give at least 90 days’ notice on this site before the Natdal account service ends.

Changing these terms. We post the new terms, their effective date and the reason on this site at least 7 days before they take effect — at least 30 days, and by email too, when the change is to your disadvantage. If you do not agree you may cancel before the effective date; if you cancel because of a change to your disadvantage, we refund the remaining paid period, prorated by day.

Wherever these terms prorate a remaining period, a lifetime purchase counts as three years (36 months) from the purchase date. A lifetime purchase older than three years has no remaining period to refund.

No warranty

Guildlings is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Natdal is not liable for lost data or indirect damages arising from its use. This limit does not apply to damage caused by Natdal’s intent or gross negligence. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
